Agility Studio kickstarts our early morning, 8 week 'tone up, lean down' program mid-April.

12 STATION TURNAROUND is a specifically crafted program, integrating interval  training with TRX strength building movements and Pilates principles for deep core strengthening.


An 8 week, time efficient program of only 40 minutes a session:

  • Twice a week, Tues/Thurs 05h15-06h00
  • Two instructors on hand to assist you with technique and a small group environment
  •  R800 EFT deposit to secure your space, R580 due on the 12th of May (starts Tuesday 12th of April/ ends Thursday 2nd June)
  • Optional extra to add a 4-day clean eating, ready-made nutrition package (including 2 litres cold-pressed Organic Green veggie juice, 4 Bircher muesli breakfasts with Greek yoghurt and cinnamon and 4 large Vegan power salads, valued at R450 a week)



Our ultimate goal for you:

To get a sweat-inducing workout that is EFFECTIVE strengthening and toning, whilst remaining injury-free.
