Hello, I'm Kim McCusker.
Agility has grown from renting within a small gym space in 2013, leasing its own space for two years in Station Drive to now opening up our own fully equipped Pilates practice in Morningside, Durban. This is my 7th year of teaching Pilates and I have a strong background in Contemporary Dance.
At Agility we use Pilates as our method to encourage a deeper mind-body connection. With specific breathing patterns, we can encourage a deeper use of our stabilisers while promoting postural control & relaxation. We practice thoughtful and precise Pilates to promote both physical and mental well-being.
